My 5th day running.
I’ve been going for at least and hour and a quarter. I feel healthy, but I walk feel very tired. I’m a lot better about dressing myself for my exercise. I can make myself feel more comfortable.

I’m seeing a difference already! My tummy is timing…ill load up some new pictures when I’ve made more progress.
I am going to run Mon.-Fri.
I want to be fit so bad. I’m mostly eating my sister in laws dust, but you gotta walk before you run. Literally. I see her running in front of me, and I imagine I’m running to a perfect body. Like hers.
I went running today
I’m really out of shape. I was out in the cold for 1.5hr. I’m dressing better tomorrow. I was way too hot with everything I wore. I had pants on that were way too big. They belong to my fiancee….and they don’t even fit him. I’m fasting the rest of the day. I’m on my period, which is lame…but no more excuses. I have to weigh 110. I’m wearing my yoga pants tomorrow, maybe some leg warmers..My sister in law is like 90lb….she is tiny…and makes me feel like a cow….which helps me starve. Starve fat bitch!

I’m 119….sigh…my skinny 95lb sister in law wants to run with me tomorrow…she says she’s feeling fat….sigh….which means….I’m fatter. I know she looks at me like I’m a cow. I feel sad….but starving around her is easy….I’m too jealous to be hungry.
