g-l-i-t-t-e-r-is-g-o-l-d asked: I'm on my 4th day of the ABC diet.. 100cals.. I'm so nervous I'm going to binge and fcuk it up especially since i went 79 cals over my 400 cal limit yesterday. what should I do?? how to I keep from eating and ruining my dream to be thin?
To keep yourself from binging
1) drink cold or hot water
2) eat some ice cubes (you can even flavor them with no calorie drink mix)
3) do something that gets you away from the kitchen (like shower, paint your nails, play a video game, call a friend)
4) hungry? brush your teeth
5) no calories to spare and feeling empty? cottonballs….they are easy to eat, no calories, and make you feel full
5) hungry still? look at your problem area, are you still hungry?
6) avoid meals by saying you already ate
7) look at thinspo
